Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for targeting colleges and educational institutions.
- Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and establish a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Oversee the recovery process for outstanding accounts, working closely with the finance and collections teams.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, recovery metrics, and market trends.
- Relationship development with Network Partners/ School Heads/ Administrative staff of his respective cluster.
- Responsible for Royalty recovery from campuses of his respective cluster.
- Coordination with the Network Partners/ Heads on a daily basis.
- Organizing and coordinating with different departments for events.
