Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align customer initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of reports on complaints/queries/admissions/new clients.
  • Ensure conversion of admission queries into admissions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Monthly Analysis of New Registrations queries across regions (via Email, Website, social media).
