Job Description

To support and maintain the academic standards in school and provide orientation to arts teachers on curriculum development.
Monitor and support the implementation of curriculum throughout the region.
Conduct lesson observations, notebook scrutiny, reviewing lesson plans and attending coordination meetings.
To visit regional schools and maintain records which provide a resource for the annual review and analysis of academic development and achievement.
The preparation of Academic Visit Report which guides the school leadership in the continuous development of academic standards.
Overall quality assurance for arts curriculum implementation
Ensure to strengthen TCS curriculum by reviewing it against International Curriculums.
Training existing subject-coordinators/mentors for effective curriculum implementation in schools.
Propose and plan arts development programs (for students).
Responsible for exam paper setting as per policy (MYE & EoY) and close liaison with Regional Exam Coordinator/HOD Examination.
To monitor internal examination paper checking to ensure consistency, accuracy and in accordance with TCS policies and procedures.
