Job Description

  1. Processing payment requests from each department (supply chain, admin, HR, Tax, Legal & others)
  2. Ensuring the deduction of tax subject to income tax and sales tax withholding applicable rules
  3. Ensuring the recording of liability by posting Purchase/Service voucher in relevant supplier ledger of ERP
  4. Making payment sheets for approval purpose from higher management
  5. Posting Payment vouchers in ERP as per approval
  6. Preparing cheques from relevant banks using digital banking portal / IBFT / manual Crossed cheques
  7. Ensuring timely payments of utility bills / contractual payments till due date.
  8. Making liaison with the seniors during External / Internal Audits and during preparation of Management monthly accounts
  9. Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliations with the ERP ledgers timely
  10. Making adjusting entries in advance ledgers timely
