To train respective cluster’s accountants in i-recruitment systems, Onboarding system, ERP, payroll, employee separation, SFS processing and resolve all related queries.
To assist and support Head of School in recruitment, (through i-recruitment system) induction and in the selection of employees
To scout for talent and assist in capacity building of schools in the cluster
HR personnel files Audit and maintain the quality of personnel data
To ensure and Maintain employee confidentiality
School Visits periodically
To train and onboard all existing and new employees
Onboarding grid implementation across the cluster
To enforce the compliance of the service rules of the Company and all related HR policies
To manage all administration aspects of employees that is i.e. leaves, exit interviews, attendance, salaries, transfer, etc.
To budget for the HR
To ensure compliance to the KPIs and assist CR HR in completion of the performance cycle
To audit the payroll and approve for release on monthly basis.
To ensure the SFS processing smoothly, auditing, eliminating the queries, and ensuring the completion of exit documents
ERP issues & ensuring all salary activation sheets are done
