Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware/software maintenance, and user support.
Liasson with cross-functional teams, to ensure the provision of smooth services.
Lead and participate in IT projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance IT proficiency among staff.
Implementation of ICT strategies and policies
Handle all the day to day queries of campuses regarding ICT lab and SWP.
Utilization of every module of SWP and train campuses staff for proper utilization
Training of ICT staff of the campuses
Supervise and follow up of record keeping with ICT staff of the campuses.
Training of accountants on SWP
Coordinate with HO for smooth execution of ICT and SWP
