Job Description
- Design, develop and implement a curriculum that promotes early childhood learning and development.
- Review the curriculum including text books, resource packs, learning packs, daily lesson plans, assessments to improve existing standards.
- Ensure to keep record of all the curriculum and text book reviews, exams, academic materials, training sessions for schools, INSETs and other courses and workshops etc.
- Provide ongoing training and support for teaching staff on age-appropriate teaching methods, classroom management, and child development.
- Provide training on usage of educational materials, toys, books, and technology suitable for early childhood education.
